Welcome to True Potential Chiropractic! Your initial visit will typically last about 45 minutes for chiropractic care (or up to 75 minutes for red light therapy). Unlike many practices that postpone treatment until a second or third visit, we believe in starting your healing journey right away. In most cases, you’ll receive your first adjustment or treatment during your initial appointment. Dr. Alex will take the time to truly listen to your concerns, perform a thorough examination, and begin addressing your health challenges immediately.
Before You Arrive
There’s no extensive preparation needed before your first appointment, though comfortable clothing is always recommended. For specific treatments like red light therapy, the treatment area needs direct skin exposure, so appropriate clothing that allows this is helpful. If you’re coming in for stem wave or shock wave therapy, loose-fitting clothes or shorts that allow access to hip, knee, or shoulder joints will make your treatment more comfortable and effective.

Your journey begins with a comprehensive consultation where Dr. Alex will listen carefully to your health concerns and goals. This is followed by a thorough examination to identify the root causes of your issues, rather than just addressing symptoms. If necessary, we have digital X-ray capabilities on-site, eliminating the need for referrals to outside imaging centers. Remember, we accept cash, major credit cards, and work with select insurance plans including Medicaid and Blue Cross’s Healthy Montana Kids program.
